The initial app that had to be downloaded wasn't what was needed to provide tickets to each venue. There was a lot of confusion once that happened of what was available and what wasn't available to us. We ended up paying for something we thought was included in our purchase only to find out it wasn't. We also paid for something that we could have used this purchase for. I've reached out numerous times and provided detailed information only to have one e-mail reply by a person (non-automated) asking for more information which was all provided in my initial e-mail to only be forgotten. I don't think I would recommend this to anyone else traveling.

It was a good experience that provided a discount and saved standing in line. However there was no information that there were addition featured of the Wild Animal Safari Park for an additional fee or what those attreactions were called. We heard about them for the first time at the park and had to purchase them at that time.

I booked my experience and the website defaulted to the 15th when I was booking for the 14th. I was unable to change the time. I had to repurchase the tickets and when I got to the venue I could have paid the same price or less. When I got to the gates they had to give me a different pass to get in because my tickets didn't work
